I build the teams and processes that turn “we don’t have a function for this” into “here’s how we deliver it, reliably, at scale.”

Hi, I’m Andrew Myers.

Three years ago, I identified a structural gap between project management, technical services, and account teams. I wrote the job description that became my own role. Today I lead a team of delivery managers who keep complex, high-stakes digital launches on track for enterprise clients, without losing the human side of the work.

I am a Technical Delivery Leader, but I am first and foremost a Coach and Educator.

Communication will elevate us all.

I lead technical services and delivery teams. In a way, I build the connective tissue between what clients need, what platforms can actually do, and what the people doing the work need to succeed. I didn’t start out planning to do this. I started in academia, studying philosophy and coaching competitive debate, before moving into consulting and eventually technical program work. Somewhere along the way, I realized the through-line in everything I liked doing: understanding people well enough to get them moving in the same direction.

That’s still what I do. I’ve built a delivery function from the ground up, scaled a team overseeing millions of dollars of client operations, and led technical delivery on launches where the timeline, the client, and the platform all seemed to disagree. What I’m good at isn’t any single platform. I’m great at reading a room, catching a problem before it’s client-facing, and coaching people into the next version of themselves.

Outside of work, I live in Bellingham, WA, with my family, where I spend most of my “free” time fermenting something in the kitchen, half-writing essays I’m too nervous to publish, and taking way too many phone photos of my kid, flowers, food, and my dog.
