Built and ran a new technical delivery function I proposed and designed, including process rollouts for enterprise clients and technical delivery on regulated, date-critical product launches.
Program Manager — Toolhouse, Inc. (2021–2024)
Owned QA, release management, and technical liaison work across client accounts. Set up and managed: Cookie Consent solutions, Service Desks, work management programs, and documentation sites. Identified the organizational gap that became the role above.
